Green RA1's
I have a track day coming up this weekend at Hallett and have just mounted up a fresh set of shaved RA1's. Last time I drove around on the tires before my first track day but this time they will be green. Are there any special concerns with green RA1's or can I just mount them up and go at it. Do they need to be driven on before they are put on the track? Thanks

just go... RA-1's are very forgivable.. Mine sat on my car in my driveway through the whole winter (NJ very cold snow ect) drove off the trailer last week and ran faster than last year. Just go...

If it is, no need for heat cycle. They are good all the way down to the cord.
But becareful if it's full threaded.
It'll take few sessions (pending on how hard you drive that is) to get the grip level up.
