Light Weight Flywheel ??
Light Weight Flywheel ??
Time for a clutch for the Red car.
Thinking about doing a light weight flywheel at the same time. What is the weight of the stock flywheel? I'm trying to determine if it's worth it.
Is there any problem with clutch or flywheel rattle on Evo's with light weight flywheels? My previous vehicle (note my screen name) rattled with the clutch out while it was in neutral after a light weight flywheel install.
My weekend activity is autocross where quick acceleration between corners is important. Boost will be increased shortly to help corner to corner performance.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Just did the ACT prolite and HD streetdisk. Best clutch combo I've owned. Driveability is no different than stock. Revs pick up very quickly engagement is smooth and easily controlable.

I also find that it is easier to launch the car consistently with a lighter flywheel - but that's my personal preference.
