"Track" alignment specs for stock MR suspension?
I currently run in stock classes and still have the stock MR struts/springs, but I need to dial in some more negative camber for my r-compounds. I was going to do a max negative camber with zero toe, does anyone have the exact specs? Is there a better option for me?
The shop I am bringing it to has the factory recommended settings, should I be going outside their max/min at all?
If it matters, its stock MR suspension with 17x9 Gram Lights and 255/40/17 Toyo RA1s
Thanks.

On stock suspension ots going to be hard to get a lot of negative camber ask for as close to -2 as possible in front -1 or so in the rear then a little bit of toe out if your going to be autcrossing it.

Just got my car aligned on monday. 06 MR stock suspension with exception of camber plates and swift springs.
I am running
Front -2.5 camber
Rear -1.5 camber
Front 0* toe
Rear just a hair of toe in.
If you are running any r compound at least -2 degrees on the low side.
