Autocross classes: camber plates?
Autocross classes: camber plates?
What class do camber plates put an Evo in for autocrossing? I also have springs and a rear swaybar, which I know bumps me from AS to STU. Do the camber plates bump me to BSP or perhaps SM, or can I stay in STU? Thanks.

In most cases it's up to the driver of the car to prove that they have the equipment required for their class. Local events are a little more lax (usually) but nationals tours are hard-core for rules.

BTW, as others have said STU does allow camber plates ...

Anyone who has them have any suggestions? What do you guys have and are you happy with them?
I currently do not have them and need them to get the proper set up.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

How about classing yourself appropriately and having fun in the *right* class. If you're mid pack in one class, odds are good you're still going to be beaten in the other class, right? But one would be the *right* thing to do. This way, everyone can have fun.

If you can get ahold of them the Noltec caster/camber plates are very nice. I'm running just a simple set of HKS camber plates right now. I hope to have my Noltec's in before Nationals but...I have a feeling that's not going to happen.
