59 sec lap at Lime Rock Park (video)

Great day at Lime Rock on Monday... I achieved my goal of running a sub 1:00min lap. I still have a bit more time left in the car. After reviewing the tape I see another 8/10ths left with my ability. In all it was a great time trial, out of 80 cars I managed to grab FTD.

Big plans for the car over the winter...

Turbo upgrade (not sure what yet... recomendations welcome) 420-450whp
carbon doors, trunk, hood and lexan windows
A/C, bumper beam removal and mini battery in the trunk.
Motec/Aim Dash
Lovin the JIC's.... but Motons might be on the bill.

That video makes me realize how lacking the stock brakes are at high speeds. You scrubbed speed off so smoothly before each turn. Great driving Kyle.

Late smooth braking is honestly the key. I drive a 2,000lb Ultima GTR with the top of the line AP racing 6 pot HUGE drilled brakes and my evo's braking feels better and is easier to control.... RacingBrake and DTC-70's all the way!

Scorke
Enkei 17x9.5 +44
Hoosier R6 275/40/17
25mm spacers up front
5mm spacers in the back

Good amount of fender rolling / hammering

Is the rear spacer for clearance of the rear suspension or to clear the caliper, it looks a good bit away from the caliper.... Also, how much fender rolling in the front, my rears are done but fronts are untouched.

Your right... the rear spacer is for the rear arm. The wheels clear the caliper fine in the back. The fronts wont clear the calipers with a 15mm spacer... so I had to go 25mm.

Most of the fender rolling was in the front. The rears had no issues. My 14k rear spring rate also helped keep the tire down.

Nice driving. But I still can't believe you run that car without roll protection!
