Look at PIC (www.picperformance.com). Excellent product, great support, won't break the bank, and most of all they work. They are very big in the NASA Honda Challenge series, and are just starting to get into the Evo market. I am very happy with mine, especially considering the 2+ second drop in lap times over my previous coilover setup. They are available to help with setup questions as well, and the US headquarters are in Chicago.

They have a small list of approved shops, one of which is in Toledo. Everyone from the Head of US Operations to they guys setting up my shocks have been very helpful. I got preferred alignment, chassis, and tire specs. When was the last time you got an email from a manufacturer asking how the weekend of racing went and wanting feedback on the setup they spec'd for you? If you want more detailed info, give me a call or shoot me a PM.
