does anybody get sick when auto crossing?

i normally never get car sick ever. but today i did my first autocross and every time i finished a run i would just feel really really sick. i would get a huge headace and feel super dizzy to the point of throwing up. i will always feel better after i get out of the car and take the helmet off.
you guys think its me or maybe the helmet? although it was fun me geting super sick after each run was killing it. maybe i was never meant to race??
does anyone else ever have this problem?

Never got sick however on my first autocross run I was shaking due to the adrenaline. Been hooked ever since.

Wow, you're a wierdo. I can maybe see it as a passenger, but haven't heard of that with a driver. I've had little kids, my wife, and all sorts of random people ride with me, and my car is very jerky and quick, but no one has ever expressed anything other than sheer joy.

I get sick...sick of not winning. j/k. I've never felt like that before. When you were autocrossing...were you concentrating on the front of the kaa and seeing the cones go by...I could imagine someone getting motion sickness from that. If that's the case, my suggestion to you would be to look a little further ahead.

Is that what he really meant? I know that's how they say it, but do they really type it out that way? If I did that, you guys wouldn't know wtf I was talking about, since I'm from Alabama...

Could have been dehyrdrated...although dehydration doesn't normally get cured without rehydration...

DRAMAMINE!!!!!!

it works wonders for co-drivers and drivers alike!
has always worked, for the most part, for all the any of the guys or gals on any team i was on. also find an eating schedule that works for you.

its not crazy uncommon, more common than not, for rallying. never heard of it on a slower tarmac style coarse though
