Figured some on this board might get a kick out of this.


Drove in this weekends Formula Russell race at Infineon and I offered the use of my evo as pace car. Traffic was aweful


Race action from T7.


Finished 1st on Saturday and 2nd on Sunday in my races.

Dude you need to wash your wheels. The front look like they are painted black

 

Car is officially called a Formula Russell. The chassis and engine is basically the Formula Mazda spec. more info here

I have bent more 5zigen FN01-R wheels than i care to mention. Anyways, after bending my last set at the track, i figured id go the cheaper route. Fronts right now are black rears are bronze. At some point they might get painted but as track wheels its not a huge deal.

How'd you bend them? Hitting those berms too hard?

 

Im actually not 100% sure.
Its either the berms or coming out of parking lots and their mega ditches. Either way These are the last set of 5zigens im buying. Need something more reliable next time (I have 3 bent rims in my garage right now).
