Ride height/body roll pics

Sorry the images are so large (not sure how to re-size). I have Megan track coilovers along w/ Enkei NT0+3 w/ 275/40-17s. The fenders are rolled, but there was going to be some interference on the driver's side front by the perch. It's running a small 5mm spacer w/ no rubbing issues right now.
I'd like to drop the car another 5/8" or so, but that would require a bigger spacer in front along w/ studs--the rear has no clearance issues... Does it still look too high?

The body roll looks pretty decent IMO (?)

BTW, don't make fun of our lil' runway site--there's not much real estate we can use down here

not that I'm an expert or anything, but from what I've read here your front is too low already.

the car is nose heavy as is, and dropping the front even more (relative to the back) just exacerbates the handling associated with a 60/40 weight dist.

Lowering too much also fouls up the steering geometry a little. I think the suspension was designed for a higher ride height.

just my opinion.

It may not look like it in the pics, but the front ride-height is 1/2" higher than the rear. I'm not sure what's optimum, but I don't believe it's too far off.

BTW, I come from years of campaining Vettes, so I'm learning too

Glad to see the car running hard like that. I sure do miss her. Did you get new set of wheels?

when you measure the ride height, is it from the ground to the body, or from where to where are you measuring?

I'm trying to get my car dialed in too, is why I am asking.

FYI, you should measure from the center of the wheel to the top of the fender

Correct.

To the OP, how much camber are you running? Do you like the car the way it handles now? Why do you want to lower it more?

Good question Andrew--I'd like to have the car sit like my STi does on those RCE springs you guys carry that are on the car

Seriously, I have the camber nearly maxed on the Megan adjustment, although I've not done an alignment (just by eyeball) yet, as we're working on final ride-height adjustments.
The car handles very well as-is, but I would like to lower the Cg a touch more as the car carries alot of weight up high w/ the sunroof & my heavy torso

I'm thinking longer studs on the front to allow a larger spacer as to not interfere w/ the coilover perch & go another 5/8" all the way around. The rears s/b no issue as the fender rolling did the trick.

I saw a pic of Daddio's car that was in DC @ the Pro & his car is significantly lower...

Admir, I gave the car a chance as I replaced those Tien S-techs w/ the stock springs & the car just came alive after that (it handled worse than a minivan w/ those springs )
Don't worry it's being put to good use & it's tearing everything up down here

What are your heights from wheel center to fender?

Nice.

You might be able to gain a little more clearance by adjusting the camber bolt for more negative camber. It looks like you could use it anyway.

If you do go lower, I would recommend getting the Whiteline Roll Center adjustment kit.....as any lower then what you're looking at now could be detrimental without that kit.

Daddio's car is significantly awesome.
