Nice.......to turn that time with very little prep time. This was the first time the team and Nob had been to the track.

yeah.. the HKS car was impressive, but expected.....
I tell you guys, the most impressive car to me was the limited class AJ racing s2000.... n/a (240whp) and clocked a 1:54.... ! that is just nuts!

Excellent writeup Paul. I had this long post that I was waiting to pull the trigger on but you touched every single point. Good job
You summed it up best when you talked about the racing that car is prepped for. The HKS car was built within the Japanese rules to dominate and put the Best time down possible at Tskuba (sp) and it accomplished that wonderfully. Having only one sanctioning body to allow those JDM rules makes it very hard for a US company like ourselves to build a car for only a few races a year. Its simply not practical. Now if Redline creates this class that Paul speaks of that changes things a bit as now you have a season of events to run.... this will certainly be interesting to see how this unfolds.
HKS, The AMS guys salute you on building one Hell of car. You have set the bar and set it very high.
Things like this have a tendency of lighting fire under our butts on projects, I have a feeling TA2 is going to get some more attention
In any event as always GREAT JOB PAUL!!! you did us very proud! keep up the GREAT work
Go get them at Leguna guys!!!! The Redline Time attack Finals await!

CT230R - 1:43.523
AMS - 1:48.772
Cyber Evo - 1:48.906
The HKS car is just nuts and this is about what I expected. However, it's very impressive that AMS was able to best the Cyber Evo which shows that the AMS car is one of the best time attack cars in the world... Does anyone have results for the other classes?
