about 10 km per gallon, maybe a little more, so figure nine gallons before you start to suck air on a corner= 90 km

I avg 7 mpg on the track, and 24 mpg to and from the track.

What the heck is "valvulate"? Slang term or something? We don't measure in KM here in the States, so I have no idea.

4-6mpg is what I've seen I believe.

I know not to go out for a 20+ minute session unless this tank is > 1/2! That 2nd half of the tank goes a lot faster, and with body roll and slushing, I've had issues a few times.

For reference, I can pull 22-23mpg going to/from the track.

.62 miles = 1km. So if you get 10km per gal, that translates to 6.2 miles per gallon.

Fuel consumption on track varies, depending on track config. Some tracks that have long straights will use more gas compared to more technical tracks. I usually get around 5.5-6 mpg.

That's like $4.50 a gallon, are you using a mix?

I wish I only used 22gals. I'll go through 25-30gals for just 2hrs tracktime. You need to keep the right foot planted longer; lol! As someone stated before, it really depends on track config and obviously your driving style.

I know several people that spend $100-$250 / day depending on what how much 100/104/110 they are running in their tune.

I'm on 93 octane... I don't want any more power just because I have enough expenses with tires/pads/gas without more HP to make it $$$$$

some people build 500hp cars then don't have money for track days... that's what I call insane.

I'm at maybe 5mpg as well.

When I was still tracking my VW TDI I was at about 35 mpg on track and 45 to and from.

On stage with the RallyVW Golf TDI we avg about 33mpg on 100% biodiesel.
