That's been around for a long while. Old news. Feel bad for the driver.

actually that makes me feel good. The car held up really well. And it looked like the driver was ok.

That should be a lesson to all Evo owners who wish to drive their Evo to the track.

that driver is the teacher of the Abbeville track driving school. This school as some specialization stage in drifting because his boss loves it.
The car had this huge understeer that help lead into the crash.

yeah, jus looking at the vid it looks as if his front left wheel broke, or had an air out in the front left. Doesn't look like simple understeer, especially looking at the rest of the clip of him showing damn good car control skills!

I'm still takingmine to the track in two weeks though, and I'll go about 10-15 times a year

Most rolls are caused by the side burms... this one was no exception, the side of the car caught a berm and flipped upwards... there's another video of an M3 somewhere doing the same thing.

Actually That is a perfect example of why you should be at the track. It' safe and you'll notice even with an accident as bad as that one everyone survived.

If you want to see what fools who try and pull this kind of stuff looked like on the street, look in the obituaries in your local paper. I hear the nightly news likes to show lots of carnage too.
