In general though, yes. Many excessively low cars have the front roll center blow ground.

that's sort of where I am at right now...i guess I am trying to make sense of all the "theory" out there..particularily the one about not having your roll center crossing through the ground plan in motion...lol

What I've been told about having the RC cross the ground plane is that compliant bushings react differently to the direction of the jacking forces causing a more dramatic change in suspension geometry due to the compliance.

The less compliant the suspension bushings are the less crossing the ground plane matters.

Remind me where all that money is coming from? That's freakin unbelievable for a kid your age - Lord have mercy. Even at nearly $250k/year, I can't quite splurge like that. Maybe I need a financial advisor.

Yep, I had an RS front LSD put in almost immediately after getting the car.

evobeatsti--thx for the tip on the 2win-disc, but I've heard you'l need to replace those discs relatively often.
As said above, they last a long time. With one person driving the car I ran 2 years (~14 events per year) of autocross with drag launches every run, 4-5 trips to the drag strip, and about 35K miles of hard street driving on my first ETD. . . .

It's called being young, not having a family, not having a mortgage, not having 3 car payments . . .

no house payments, or car payments. i have worked 30 hour weeks since i was 14 and have my own business now sealing driveways which i make bank off of. basically, all the money i make i can put into my car as i food and shelter is already covered.

If you make 250K a year, why not just buy the Buschur FMIC You could even hook you Evo MR up a lot more then it seems, 250K is a lot of scratch and a couple hundred for a FMIC is nothing.

I don't spend money on the car if I can help it. Our money goes to family-related things, and the car is not of any interest to my wife. I don't really make that much - maybe that much combined.

I'm not buying that working as a teenager was enough to pay for all that stuff, evobeatsti. Maybe by living at home and having mega-rich parents. (again)

Yeah familys eat money real bad. Nice to see you choose that over a car, maybe one day I'll be able to make that decision.

OK GUYS - NOW IS YOUR CHANCE!!!

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=321099

There is a REAL group buy going on for Buddy Club 18x10 P1QF wheels. The lightest 18x10 in the world!! (at least the lightest under $2K per wheel).

We need a few more people to make this happen. Just count this as an early Christmas present to yourself!!

Oh come on Kazz, you won't be the only one in Rantoul with rolled fenders and spacers.
These wheels seem like a good deal but still not worth the cost difference over my 9.5" wheels.
