Well... its not going to be street legal, unless i decide to do one lap of america in a year or so. I'm scrambling to get the car finished for Pocono on Sunday. Its done other than some electrical gremlins... thats what happens when i wire the car myself

 

Wow...I love FD/LS conversions. Are you building that for ITE, TTR, Unlimited, all of the above?

 

The car will be built for TTU and NASA super touring 1. I'll be ballasting up 250lbs

Unfortunately my car wont be ready by sunday. We got some strange electrical issues on the dyno last week and they didnt have time to figure it out. I'll be sliding around in the Jeep SRT8 sunday

Hah... I know I know. The 500lb weight difference got me at hello.

Its just about finished. We have been working out some electrical issues on the dyno and it will def be ready for pocono long on the 15th

hah.. i wish i got a lap time. The point by's were sooooo hesitant from some drivers when they see a jeep grill on there *** in the banking

Once i "out braked" them they just gave me a point by... nobody wants to tangle with a 5000lb SUV. heh

 

I really hope you didn't get any of that on video...

Anytime... I'm going to be @ pocono this thursday with hooked on driving doing the double infield. Then i'll also be there for the grand slam weekend. When is your next event?

 

I used to instruct with PDA/SCCA/NASA but I havent in a while, I also used to race Spec Miata with the SCCA NNJR/NE regions but have stopped that, I will shoot you a PM when i get back up to jersey!
