My good friends at Predator Motorsport (www/predatormotorsport.com) are hosting their annual track day at Putnam Park racetrack on Sunday June 29th.

Putnam Park is about 50' southwest of Indy, and about 2 1/2 hours from where I am in Cincy. The track has a nice combination of twisties and straights. Back when I had my Evo (now in a 93 hp Caterham Super 7), I would top 120 mph at the end of the straight.

At $275 the event is a relative bargain. That's because there are only 2 run groups (fast & slow/newbie). There is no instruction but its always easy to hitch a ride with an experienced driver and learn the fast way around.

There are still spots available. Weather is supposed to be great. Only way to get more track time would be to rent the place for yourself.

Typically only 15 cars per run group, so lots of room on the track. It helps if people watch their mirrors too.
