Tow Hooks For Competition Purpose?

Those of you with Evo X's that do the Redline Time Attack's:

What are you using for the mandatory tow hook's. I have seen some on ebay that are listed for "show only" so those won't work. HKS has some that are uber expensive for what you get. I was thinking about just drilling a hole in the f/r crash beam and welding a bolt to the back of it or tapping the hole itself and welding a bolt to the rear. This would be done in the stock jdm tow locations.

What are you track guys doing???

Cusco/Nukabe sells some nice tow hooks for about $120 total. I think lancershop.com might carry them as well. You'll need to drill your own holes of cource - and not sure where to in the X.
