Looks like a blast Were you able to keep up with the Ariel Atoms? Hope I can take my X to the track someday.... Just don't see myself spending 200+ for a few hours on track though yet...

its a bit hard to tell, but it looked like you were solo. on your first event? try doing one where you get to ride with an instructor if you get a chance. did they allow any passing?

The atoms were in a different category so I dont know but I think they would have wiped the pavement with me hehe

Yes I was solo, it was my first track event on the Evo on that track but I have been to other track events. Although I was learning the track and the car and a little help would have been better.

One of the cars at the track sent me some video where my car is seen so I edited it a bit, here it is:

Track Day Part1

Track Day Part2

well my evo is the orange one hehe

it felt great, breaks did not fade at all, I had more body roll than I would like but I will fix that soon hopefully, and the car behaved great. No overheating or anything, I was reaching 115mph + on the long straightaway and it was just great.

cant wait for the next track day!

Cool man, nothing like taking your baby to master the corners. How did you like her??? I love the x's handling is very predictable.

I liked it but I can't wait to get some suspension mods since I found it still has too much body roll for my taste, but yes it was very predictable. And I found that driving with the ASC off (just hitting the button once) was better than with it on.

It is a 2009 EvoX GSR, and it only has the HID, Big Spoiler and Soundsystem with bluetooth. Its the way the GSR is sold here in Puerto Rico.
