Dump Tube in RTA Street Class?

How many people plan to run in the RTA Street class with a non recirculated waste gate tube? I understand they want all the exhaust gasses to pass through a Cat. But an aftermarket turbo kit with a dumped waste gate will pass emissions still. What do you think?

+1. RTA has a few retarded rules this year fo sho. But rules are rulz!

Still when it comes down to it, anyone in street class can build up a car with as much hp as a car in modified. The only real difference for street class is a few extra interior bits and the tires.
And street tires have come a long way in recent years!

I agree with that. Are the BS RE-11's still one of if not the best street tire out there in terms of 3-5 lap grip?
