Is there a post for this year? I had a great time running NASA HPDE. Saw a couple of other Evo's out there.

 

Hey blackendwings, I talked to you for a bit. I was in the white rs.

 

Awesome man, thanks for taking the time to chat! I had a fantastic time this year. I even got a chance to ride along with my instructor in his race car which was prepped for Koni Challenge... put a whole new perspective on the lessons he was trying to teach me.

I learned a ton this year, and am looking forward to my next event. The Evo drove brilliantly all weekend which was nice. I drove it there, changed brakes, raced for two days, changed brakes back and drove back home... no drama whatsoever.

 

i had a great time hanging out on saturday, weather was decent. sunday morning was crappy with the rain and i had a hard time finding space in the paddock to park my car. good thing Ryan was able to find me a spot. first session was fun in the rain on street tires. second session was first timed session. i got 3 hot laps in behind traffic and got a puncture on my hossier. Phils tires didn't have a tire in my size, so i was done for the day.

hope to see you in Time Trials next year.

 

Ugh, I'm sorry to hear about the puncture, that really sucks. I'd like to run TT next year, we'll see. With my mods I'm sure my class is disgustingly fast.
