oil on track= close call
That turn is one of the only places I have been sideways on that track, not by choice. I went into that turn after a nice track day started to turn wet and it slicks up faster than the entire rest of the track. It is still one of my most conservative entries and braking zones.
Glad to see it was a near miss and not another armco victim.
All the times running with the PCA, typically it isn't the old Porsches that are the problem. We used to provide the entertainment in the paddock with some form of DSM repair work underway while they pulled out their embroidered camp chairs.

I really did have a good time with the PCA guys, they were all super friendly. I will go back again for sure (just watch out for the spy-hunter on the track lol)
That's just like drifting, but stepping it up and trying to get the front bumper as close as possible.
Running with the Alfa club is a similar experince - just hoping some old beater doesn't spring a leak.... or a stock block EVO with 500 whp throwing a rod.
Good times.

Carquest to the rescue. Glad they had my bolts!

regular insurance does not cover HPDE's, however you can buy one-day track insurance for ~$125/day from ontrackinsurance.com
