I've got some Hawk HPS in stock, btw.

Like you mentioned, gutting your car at the track is the way to go. Never know if you're gonna need that spare on the ride home.

I try to do one a month, and my car isn't my DD but I still do drive it on the street, so for me its not a major issue.

I'm not aware of any pad that you absolutely can't use on the street...?
It takes longer to jack the car up and take the wheels off than swap pads.

Just food for thought.
Compere those like the Hawk HP+ is just a whole another level.
ST43s, DTC60/70s, all rubbish to you.

Great advice in this thread.

Just to add, bring some tools for troubleshooting and a torque wrench to make sure your wheels are up to spec prior to your next session.

Good call actually, I forgot to mention the torque wrench. Another good thing to bring is a tire pressure gauge and air compressor if you have one. If not someone else probably will.

Air is readily available at NJMP, so no need for a compressor for this event. I always bring a bunch of tools including torque wrench, jack, jack stands, all that good stuff. Not a bad idea to have some extra oil, brake fluid, coolant.. Basically anything you can think of. Lol
