A few pics from UK Time Attack Rd#2

I had a chance to check out the 2nd Round of the UK Time Attack series in Scotland when I was on vacation recently. The track is located in the middle of now where surrounded by green grass, hills and cows. UK time attack cars are crazy rowdy (big horse power, crazy aero and slicks), it seems evo's defiantly dominate the series (I took notes on some cool stuff I wanna do to my car). They also run a Civic Challenge Cup alongside the time attack series (made for some close wheel to wheel action), they had also had the drifting too but who cares about that right?

Rowdy fast car, note the slicks :eek3:

This was my favorite car of the event, It was so damn clean and well prepped. I think it took 2nd place overall.

Rear mounted rads were all the rage with the evo's it seemed. I wanna do that in the future when I crap money.

Dude wrecked this car nasty in the final time attack round.

Crazy aero

Honda Challenge

Mad money

Wow, some beautiful cars and I love all the aero. Rear radiator is super cool, but I'm sure $$$. Just like that guy with the GT-R and the full rig... its funny, as much as we spend on our setups there is always someone spending more. I parked next to a guy with a Ferrari 430 Challenge car last year at Summit and he just kind of looked over my Evo and went back to his Ferrari branded air lift system.

No way! My wife and I just got back from the UK (we were there from mid May to the beginning of June) and we only live like and hour from you! We spent 19 days in England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales. I would have loved to gone to an event like this!

Yes, I've lived in El Paso for the past 6 years. I've raced my Eclipse at Arroyo Seco once before. You should come to our SCCA Autox this sunday at Cohen Stadium
