Draft 1.9 of the rules are now released as of 11/13/2012
This latest update clarifies Turbo/Supercharger rule 17-1.15 with updated turbo sizing info.
Changes to rule 16-1. Updates to rule *17-1.15. **Updates to rule 18-9.1.

Looks like turbos for street class with a 49.7mm inducer or smaller do not need a 36mm restricter.
