Need some brake Pad advice.... XP10
Well pads worked fine for my last event. I do need to get some cooling to the rotors I ended the day with boiled Motul 600 fluid. I need to pull apart the brakes and see how much pad I have left.
Also I am seriously considering putting my low miliage SE back to stockish and selling it to build an actual track car.

Yea.... I've thought about that too... but track only cars are only fun at events and street cars are fun all the time. If I'm serious about an event I'll yank the seats and consider it my track edition.
As for brakes .. the stock brakes are just fine for a couple flying laps. They may boil fluid during HPDE's but just train yourself to take a cool down lap in the middle and all is well. That's what I've been doing and it completely eliminated my issues.

No experience with XP's, but ST 43/47's and CL-RC6/8 are great pads in addition to Freodo 1.11/DSUNO. The 43's RC6 and 1.11 have a little less bite than the 47's, 8's and UNO's, but they last a little longer.
From my personal experience. The CL's had the most bite, but didn't last as long as I was expecting. The ST's had a good bite, lasted fairly well and reasonably priced. The UNO's had a great bite, lasted fairly well, but a cost a little more. You can't really go wrong with any.
The UNO's from Essex are very expensive, I order mine from MAP for $110 cheaper. Last time I ordered the UNO's from MAP, they arrived directly from Essex
