Recommended Alignment?

Hey Guys,

Can anyone recommend me a decent alignment? I been reading on the forums people have been doing -1.8 front and around -1 rear, 0 toe front and .1 toe-in rear.
I want to aim for pretty close versatile alignment if possible. I plan on autox, track and dailying my car. My s2k is set at -2 front, -2.5 rear, but since this is a totally different car with AWD I'm not sure where to start. I was thinking -1 all the way around. If anyone can provide suggestions that be great, along with how often I should rotate tires (i assume the same schedule every 6k give or take).

Thanks,

Young

I'd say you read right.
A lot of it depends on your suspension mods and your preference for less tire wear or more performance.

I have maxed out camber out the stock camber bolts (-1.9 in the front, -.9 in the rear). I rotate tires after every track event to even out wear between front and rear.

On my old street evo i ran -2.5 front and -1.8 rear, zero toe all around. That’s doing auto-x events almost every other weekend and 2-3 track events a year. Had nice even wear and the car felt pretty natural. That was on my Ohlin DVF coilovers btw.

Thanks guys! I'm going to attempt -1.5 front and -1 rear and see how I like it.

Good suggestion. Pretty much the more you can get, the better in most cases.

I'm thinking of slowly progressing more each track day to experiment and possibly getting to -3 up front and -2 in the back. Just need to learn how to do alignments myself.

What about ACD tuning, did you guys do that for autox and track?

There are several DIY alignment setups.

Couple hundred and you can have this: 3-4 alignments and it pays for itself.

If you want to spend some more money, something like this is very nice:
