i'm running a 285/30-18 hoosier R6 on my 18x10 +38 RPF1s and everything clears perfectly. the only thing you have to worry about is the tire rubbing on the rear trailing arm, which i why i also run a 5mm spacer in the rear to help it clear.

I'm running 275's with a roll just light enough to push the angled flap up to about 30 degrees with no clearance issues in the rear. +40 no spacers

Only place it rubs is at full lock on the inside frame but it's not much and will just polish off some undercoat. The rear's are close, and I have already cut the inner fender lip off so no issues there. I did smoothen out the rear trailing arm edge so nothing sharp would catch the tire under tire deflection.

Thought you preferred running 245's to have the extra power?

I just picked up the same wheels, but I'm running 25mm spacers up front and 285s. No spacer required in the rear (with Hoosiers at least).

With my old 18x10 +38 RPF1s in the rear on 285/30s. I also used a 5mm spacer to reduce rub on the trailing arm.

Are you running any fender mods or just a roll? 25mm spacer needed for brake clearance?

You planing on running wider tires? Why run 265 with 10.5" wheels. Just added weight.

NASA Rules, the 265 BFG is as wide as a 275 Hoosier. And the 275 BFG counts as a 285 due to it being oversize, so you loose the 0.4 favorable adjuster on power to weight for 275 DOT's.

^ yeah i know about the NASA rules. Just wondering since the 265 looks a little stretched on the 10.5" wheels.

These R1S's wont be used for any NASA events. I've got some fresh 275-35-18 A6's I plan to try on another set of these NT03's (18X10.5). I got these BFG's when TR had them on sale for $190ea.

I'm not set 100% on a specific setup.

245's with extra power or jumping to 275's and adding some weight, just not sure so I plan to test. My last event at Autobahn I tried the 245's, I feel it went well but I wonder if I can do better. The 245's did melt like glue after 5 laps and it wasn't even a real hot day.

They probably are.... but I wasn't going to buy a set of 18X10's and then have to upgrade again to 18X10.5 later. I only plan to run another few events in TT2 trim. I currently have my big turbo (526hp) back on the car, and it may just stay on the car for the rest of the year. This season for me is more of a testing season and have no plans for competing in any specific series. Looking to get my feet wet in some W2W and get my comp license.

I have the Evo Dave fender kit, which I modded some to make it a little wider. I went with 25mm spacers because I was running 11" +5 and was pretty close to my shock, so I wanted a little more room. This will give me 6mm more clearance and still sit a little more sunken in than the 11s for a little more fender/bumper clearance. When I did the PSRS with the Ciro plates I started running into issues with that.

i have my stock wheels back on so i can put on miles while breaking in my TRE diff. it looks silly.

here's the back. the front is worse. i can almost fit my fist between the front tire and fender. my race wheels are 18x10.5

Haha, exactly what mine looked like too. With the spacers, its not bad but just fitting them flush is silly.
