Had a good run there Noah. Yes, Turn 1 & 2 will certainly get your attention. I only run Fontana so its the only track I know

BTW: I garaged w/Robi (Robispec) & ran w/him in the same run group. Picked his brain a bit on the fender brace & front sway bars. Happy to say I was about 1 sec quicker than his fully tracked & supercharged FRS

What did Robi have to say?

 

Robi is totally pro fender brace & anti front sway bar upgrade. He noted the fender brace does wonders to strengthen that area of the EVO

He is pro rigid bushing & adding his adjustable front sway bar end links w/the stock bar

Very tempted to have him do up his KW's & the rigid bushings & the fender brace

I know, I forgot to put them on before they released us

The bushing part Im not totally understanding, but I think the rear linkage arms as well
as the front lower control arms. Not 100% clear on that

Also, met John at the track (Johns_EVO_IX_SE). He has had the noted work done by Robi

Why only Fontana?

 

I'll be heading to Fontana next weekend in my new (as of last night) MR. Coming from a track prepped C6 vette to the SST and 291hp should be an interesting transition. You going?
