Getting steering wheel closer?
Getting steering wheel closer?
I've been fighting a lot of right thigh pain with my Sparco Evo seats, for whatever reason for me the mounting position between the pedals and wheels cramps me up. If I could bring the steering wheel a few inches closer to allow me to move the seat back id be worlds more comfortable allowing my legs to lay out a little flatter.
I ordered a Works Bell hub because it has the parts to cancel the airbag and it looks fairly thick to get the wheel closer to me. Anyone know exactly how thick it is? Trying to decide on what wheel to buy.

Ahah I gotta laugh at myself. My question was pretty stupid. I know what parts can be used to move the wheel closer, just didn't articulate my question correctly ahah.
But I did get my Works Bell standard hub in today; thanks to Evasive Motorsports for having it on clearance and in stock. Aha. The stock wheel measured at 6.25" from dash to human side of wheel. I bought a Sparco wheel from Summitracing today just to install to measure with the works bell hub. The Sparco wheel has a 2.5" dish. Resulting in moving the wheel a whopping .75" closer to me. Gunna order a quick release and a deeper wheel tomorrow. Thinking a standard NRG release and MOMO mod 08, or OMP Corsica.
