I have to say, none of you will know HOW GOOD the Evo X really is unless you've driven it in anger on dirt, gravel, or grass. I participated in my first rallycross recently and it was awesome. Being a noob rallycrosser I still managed to place 3rd overall, though I did show up with 15" rims and stage rally tires.
The Evo is so easy to control on the loose surface. It is pretty much just point and add gas. It holds drifts and powers out of them with what seems like very little skill. Granted I'm certain my racing lines were all wrong I'm sure I'm not balancing the car correctly but it is a very easy car to try for the first time. I HIGHLY recommend it! Maybe it will teach me bad habits though...
It's a kit from teamilluminata motorsports. It uses 12"ish vented 1 piece rotors and wilwood 4 piston calipers front and rear. The rear rotor also maintains the stock parking brake shoes. The clearance on 15" rims is pretty tight but it clears. You just need to run at least a +25 offset and narrow rims.
