Well, Solo Nats registration opened up to everyone earlier this month and it looks like there's only 1 Evo in STU registered - mine

I think Mark Hill still has his, but his registration shows his Focus RS, guess we'll find out for sure at the Pro Finale/Nats

Oh man, too bad Zack isnt coming this year. Would be awesome to get a pic of DS, STU, ASP, SM, FP all in a row, all cars capable of being on Podium if not winning outright.

Intro

Hi guys. Really late to the party. Quick intro. 75 Stu is a 6x Houston region class champ. Tuned by Kozmic (to old Stu boost restrictions) custom valves ohlins, mongrel exhaust made out of various bits, 265 tires on 9.5s. Looking for advice from anyone who has fitted 10.5 enkeis on offsets as I am looking at stretching the tires for a bit more responsiveness. I liked the way the car handled better on stretched 245s than the square 265s on the 9.5 nt03s. The new nt03 03rr in 10.5 in 25 offset I is tempting

My NT03's were 18x10.5 +30. Did not have to roll fenders with 265 RE71r's. I did use a 15mm spacer up front to widen the front track width. This is with -4 deg up front and -2.5 in the rear. Car was very fast this way.

But I can almost put money on the fact that the A052 will not get up to temp quick enough for it to be faster than the RE71R / Rival 1.5 S for autocross.
This statement didn't age well.....

Also, I finally found an IX RS after looking for almost 2 years. The plan is to build it to STU spec and see what she's capable of! I definitely plan on competing at the 2020 Nationals in an evo again. (Last year was a STS miata)

So to clarify about boost and STU. I can change the intake only, but we can't touch the boost pill, etc? Literally the only increase in boost will be from the exhaust? Am I missing anything here?

Correct, can't modify/remove the boost pills but you can tweak the boost tables in your map (should gain a little extra boost this way). See you in STU next year!
