I'm going to assume that might be the 4B11 non T but it has to be built. The OEM pistons and rods in the base lancer 4B11 are chocolate wafers.

Plus, that open deck and non 4 bolt mains are going to be destroyed.

 

It it's built, but it is the stock base engine. They don't specify if its sleeved or not or cams etc...

He mentions that his main limitation is the transmission at those power levels.

 

Def has cams, you can hear the crazy lope at idle.

I would assume it's sleeved and fully built. Which at that point I will just say "why?"
