Need and ACD expert
I'm no acd expert but I have done a lot of troubleshooting. Since you said this started after you serviced the t-case, have you looked in to what kind of troubleshooting you can do on the t-case? 3 different pumps same result..... I mean sure its possible but seems likely the problem is somewhere else. Being that the only other thing you touched was the acd... seems like things are pointing in that direction.
the ACD part in the transfer box is relatively simple. It is an aluminium piston with 2 O rings.. If the clutch pack wears down too much, or if one of the O rings fails, the ATF fluid that is coming from the ACD pump will start leaking into the transfer box.. eventually leaking out from the vent. That is the only ACD issue that I can see.
From what I have seen in the OP video, I would say that there is some sort of mechanical problem in the pump itself. He needs to take off the motor, see if the rotor turns over freely with the motor off. Check, the motor, if it turns over. I think the pump needs to get out of the car and get tested on the bench...

also I tested the gear with a flat object they spin Freely

put the 4.7 sensor on the pump. Still have the three lights after rigorous bleeding. So the pump is not the issue. Possibly a pressure sensor, or the tcase or electrical.
