ACD pump temporarily disconnected, okay to drive?

I've done searches left and right on this website and on others in regards to driving my Evo 8 with the ACD pump unplugged causing possible further damage and I read mixed responses some say yes some say no. So I decided to ask my self.

My Evo was involved in a wreck where the ACD pump reservoir and the solenoid were damaged. I disconnected the wiring to the pump for the time being because I havent had any luck finding these two parts. Can anyone tell me if by driving my car like this I'm causing damage to the transfer case or even the pump.

Here are the damaged pieces:

Thanks in advance,

Well i've driven my car all year with the pump not working.....its won't cause any issues. Make sure you have ACD fluid in the Tcase though.
