Screetching from Front Drivers side tire.

So I replaced my Clutch this morning and after I finished I took it for a test drive. The drivers side from wheel screetchs from 20 to 40mph then From 40 all the way to 0mph it screetchs very loud. It has nothing to do with brakes because it does not change when brakes are applied. What can be the Culprit? Wheel bearings?

Yes... Now I bent out a little bit the dust shield since it could of been rubbing the inside of the disk hence the screetching. I will drive it tommorow. I also noticed today the noise goes away when I steer to the right. The noise only happens while you are driving and not while stopped

That's exactly what it was. Not doing it anymore as of now.
