Autocross Pics
Hey YellowOZ03,
I was at that Auto X. I was driving a Orange and Black AE86, but I wasn't running, I was wondering who was running the Lancer there. =) nice pics.
I am actually going to try and pick up a 03 oz in like a month.
See ya at the next AX, that is if I don't have to go into work early.

Sweet!, I usually ride with the 85-86 Corollas there, like nate and ken, but hopefully i will have a lancer next time. I have never be in a FWD at AutoX. my problem is that I can never stay because i have work on sunday at 2.30 at umc =(
I don't have time right now to post pics and they aren't that great but below is the break down of my last weekend experience in autocross.

This was my second time to autox and I really enjoy it. Still running on stock rubber and suspension. We (my wife, she is the one in fifth) will probably replace the tires soon but not sure about suspension as all of my dollars will soon (hopefully) be funneled to a new Evo. It was my wife's first time to drive in autox. She even had my parents along for a ride. I think she is hooked too. I will try and post pics later. There is a national tour coming to Houston in April, anybody coming to town for that. I will be there as a spectator.
p.s. Sorry about losing to 2 Hondas. I am so ashamed

Wizard, yeah I got my numbers last week, and they're red. I like them, but am thinking I should have ordered the precut kind. I had to cut mine out of a panel, but did that for a specific reason (long story). I'll try to post pics soon if you want. Also, if you haven't chosen numbers yet, try to make it so your wife and you use the same digits. For example, my dad, brother and I are 329, 923, and 392. That way, you can use the same numbers and just switch them around when you switch drivers.
Anyway, if you haven't found a place to order them, I got mine from www.squierdesign.com those come on a panel and ship from New York but are inexpensive. I found precut ones at www.soloracer.com PM me if you want any more details. And good luck!

I went to the autocross practice in San bernadino yesterday, and was keeping my eye out now that the Evo8 has arrived, and sure enough a red Evo8 comes rolling up. He is a member of this board () and put on an impressive show of driving skills, especially on street tires. He also let me ride passenger on one of his runs... Thank you, Rick!
Here's a few pics of him in action.

btw, I should mention that the number panel says SS because it came off of his previous car, a Mazda RX7. The Evo8 is actually in AS I believe.
