I sent in for the SCCA rulebook about two weeks ago and haven't gotten it yet. I have a few questions that are burning (and have been for about three months now) about the regulations of Division II, if anyone has the book for regulations for Div. II or participates in rally and might know, please PM me or try your best to answer the following:
1) Are CAT redirect switchs allowed for races that don't require CATs?
2) Are block swaps allowed while maintaining the rest of the engine?
3) Does Division II have co-drivers?
4) Is an onboard computer for controlling the ECU allowed?

I have quite a few more as I plan on fixing my car around Div. II specs, but anything I can learn in the meantime would be great! Thanks.
