Lost My Evo

Can you guys believe this, my local dealer called me yesterday and told me that they had a Evo in and they wanted me to come buy and take a drive, they told me i could have it for $28,000 you see i paid in cash in full for my 2002 Lancer OZ, so they know i have wanted an evo for a long time, so i told them i would come down in a couple of days, well i made it their today, and some troll offered $36,500 and they sold it So now what? I will never buy from that dealer again.

Did you have a deposit on the car? No? Then you can't fault the dealer. Blame the dumba$$ that gave them an extra $8,500 bucks. If you were selling something and someone offered you 30% more than you wanted for it, would you turn it down? I didn't think so....

The reason i am so very very pissed off is because I figured out everything, i was going to trade in my OZ becaused it was a gift and is paid off, my grandparents told me that they would swing the cost of the evo after the trade in, thus making me extremly happy. Financing through the grandparents would be cool, if you missed a payment no big deal, and my credit would not be afected.

Let me get this straight...your grandparents are doing this really really nice thing by financing through them. But you think it's no big deal to miss a payment here and there because you didn't finance it? Dude, you're a loser! I hope for your grandparents sake they don't finance this **** for you. You're an ungrateful ingrate who deserves a severe beating.

Agreed, U need to grow up. If you are getting an almost free evo and they are going to finance you, you need to be responsible and make good on your end..

Chill out bro. If you had grandparents that would do that for you you would take the deal too. I have a $40,000 loan through my parents. If I miss a payment big deal, they dont care either, just as long as I get it to them. That's the whole point of getting the loan through them. 0% financing with no late fee.

Anyways, sorry for the loss. Damn dealers.

No i just find it sad he would take advantage of them in that way.. I am 24, and i paid for my own evo.. And i have no problems making every payment. But not paying back your own grandma? who steals from their grandparents????

Because you were vague the dealer had the opportunity to sell to someone else for more money, and yet you blame the dealer. You have a bit of growing up to do. So lets say they wait and something happens and you can't buy the car in "A COUPLE OF DAYS' what happens then? You were negligent and lost a deal, simply your fault.
