definately no wayto prove they were drunk even if you get a plate. however cutting people off is also illegal. if there were any witnesses that pulled over and gave you contact information you would have a much better chance at any insurance compensation on their part.

We will see how it goes so far they have not giving me any grief. They just think I was the drunk one. The adjuster pulled up to the shop in his car was getting out did not see the back and started saying it was not fixable.
They are going to total it.

Oh and my wife has pretty much forbidden the purchase of another high performance car.
She actually happy its gone.

Dang... Although I'm sure my wife would be saying the exact same thing if I was to total the Evo.

Wow... seems low considering all that had been done to the car by HKS.

No rear sway bar? I can put a stock on on there

How are you feeling? The worst pain is the 2nd or 3rd day from what I hear.

They did count the HKS mods other wise they would have give 22,800 for it.

Oh and the swaybar is off for you Goofy

Oh AMS intake and HKS BOV is for sale as well

looking at those pics made my stomach hurt. sucks big time to see your car like that, but at least your ok and thats what matters the most.
