motor blowss again! :(

ok so here is my frustraiting story, the first motor i had blew because my solenoid on my bc went out. this happened in novemeber and i did not have my car back until mid january.. soo after i was breaking in the motor and i noticed a small oil leak, so i had a new oil pan put on and a day later i checked and noticed another leak in the same area.. on tuesday i checked the oil and it was half full so i added oil until it was full... i did not drive my car much at all yesterday and tonight i was just getting on the freeway and i was cruising at a 100 and was not in boost.. then all of a sudden i heard a grinding noise and felt it through the pedal and then smoke starting barreling out of the hood and out my exhaust.. so i pulled over and look under the car and there was abt half a court of oil under the car and about the same amount of coolant. so i looked in the engine bay and on the pass and on the front of the block next to turbo and looks to b on cylinder one has a hole the size of a pencil... so then i checked my oil and i had maybe quarter on the tip of the dipstick.. there are no other noticeable holes that i can see.... i have know idea what happened, i believe that the block had a crack in it that i did not notice, i had kevin D do all the work and all of you know his work is flawless, he resealed the oil pan but still lwas leaking when i checked it the next day, so i am doing a buschur 2.0 shortblock and if any one is interested in a fp white turbo let me know because i am selling it and putting back on a stock 9 turbo till i upgrade, but please give me your input

i had that problem when i was putting claudios car together, the oil pan leaking , we put a new oil pan on and again.. still leaking. We took it to mitsubishi and it turned out the front main seal went out, which we were told was just something that gave way.

when we replaced zachs oil pan, we checked the front main seal cause we thought that could be it too, but it was perfectly dry and clean. that oil leak was driving me crazy too, it must have been a cracked block then because we replaced every seal on there...

ya i believe what kevin says because he checked it and worked on it for atleast 2 hours and re-did the oil pan but there was prolly a small crack that eventually just got worse under stress and there ya have it...soo this time i am just going with a new buschur block that way i know i am getting a flawless product and have kevin do all the work because hes the only person i trust working on my car and does great work
