Goodbye three car garage

Well, as many of you are aware, we've been trying to sell our house for a while. We changed agents and did some work to the old place, and after just five days back on the market, have an executed contract.

We will be moving to temporary quarters for a bit, and as such, I need to downsize. I'll post a new FS thread shortly, but if anyone had something in mind, just hit me up with a PM.

I'll still be in the metroplex, though am not sure at this point in time if I will stay in Collin County or consider moving closer to work (Irving).

Congrats on selling your house. Some friends of mine sold their house in 18 days. You should check out the Mid-cities area too.

We're not moving, but we've just been watching the market to see what's up and a 3+ car garage is a must!

I found a house up way north by Lake Ray Roberts on 15 ac with a huge garage/workshop (with an apartment etc.)... but it's like and extra 40 mile commute each way. And you have to do something with 15 ac.

Congratulations. I was trying to sell mine for like an entire year before I finally just gave up and decided to settle in for the long haul.

In the mean time, I can give your Ducatti a nice safe home for a while if ya want ;-) Keep it fuelled up, fully insured, waxed up, etc.

Thanks for the offer, but my Italian mistress left for her new home last week. This year will have seen an awful lot of change in my life!

Let me know if you want my agent's info- we had the house on the market for 100 days earlier this year with no offers. This time around we had an offer on day 4.
