On 121 posted speed limit is 70mph(means do 90mph)

Texas has fast aggressive drivers if you didn't notice. Lol

 

Please don't got 90 on 121. Or get a V1 if you are. It's like a huge speed trap.

I hardly EVVERRR see cops on 121 up by us Sean. maybe I'm just lucky and always miss them,
but yeah, just cruising at 90 is a little excessive

 

The main places where the Highway Patrol hang out on 121 is just east of 121/35, right on the curve just east of The Colony (they actually like to double up here, so watch out), on the new section headed to McKinney just after Custer and all over the DNT.

You don't see them, but they see you They use the traffic cameras and the radar bombs (your radar detector will get hit with a full K for a second, then drop to nothing) to measure where people speed and then they'll set up enforcement in those areas to help slow traffic down. Friend works for the NTTA, so it's funny (sad?) to hear how many tickets are written on the tollways.

 

I want to stay off of the toll ways. They are dam expensive compared to hear where they are only 75-85 cents. I'm sure I will see you in plano. More than likely I will be driving around a bit to get to know the area.

 

Boy does it finally feel good to be here. This place is quite big but havn't really seentoo many modded cars in this area. Can we get a small meet together so I can meet some of ya and any other new people that have just gotten here?

im relatively new to the area, since the beginning of may ive lived in lewisville. i have yet to be to any ntec meets but ive only owned the evo since september. it is big though. im from st.louis so this is quite a bit larger than im used to.
