Welcome!
I'm in Frisco. There are a couple Evos here There's a pretty big Frisco only board here: http://www.frisco-online.com if you're looking for more local info not relating to cars.
You definitely won't miss the weather up there in the winter!

You'll like texas, except for the boot leg weather. It will take a while for you to get use to, hot one day then cold the next day then raining the next few days the hot as crap after that. lol

Hahaha perfect example, yesterday then today. Yesterday was nice and sunny, over night it storms like no other and gets real windy then today it's cold(can see your breath) and it's a steady light rain.
Yay for Texas. Lmao

believe me I bet the weather doesn't even compare to how it is up here. I mean, we all 4 seasons in one day sometimes. It was so nice sunday morning just to storm in the afternoon then get cold in the evening with fog. Then winter comes and we get 5 inches of snow in the first day.

Most of the roads are nice, for example my prelude had 2 3/4" ground clearance from my 3" exhaust and hardly ever scrapped. It really all depends in what area your in. Frisco is a new development so the roads over there are nice. Especially the 121, can you say loooooonnng straight aways..
As far as cops go, again depends what area your in. Some are douches and some are cool.

Yeah I have been on 121 already when I came down looking for an apartment. It was a long road and I was in a rented kia rio(horrible car, don't ever buy one)and was forced to move over by a 09 nissan gtr flying by me.
