I heard about this yesterday, this sounds like the story from a couple of years ago about the some guy and his m3 that was wrecked.

That is so infuriating to see. Its their fault and they try to screw you over. I hope he gets everything sorted out and not a cent out of his pocket.

Definitely not from our BOD dealer, otherwise I would know about it beforehand.

Holy crap man! That **** is ridiculous. That dealership needs to man up and pay for everything. Bimmertech has already cleared BMW of Dallas. So according to the article that leaves 2 more possible places. I want to know which location it is so that I can tell EVERYONE to never go there and link them this story. I hope they get sued up the ***.

Holy crap! That guy seemingly remained so calm. That is just terrible.

i caught a tech doggin on my G37s after an oil change. It was funny bcuz I walked around and heard the other techs eggin him on. As soon as the guy floored it and peeled away the tires, they turned around to find me staring at them. they had this 'oops oh crap busted' look on their face. I didnt mind too much since it was a lease car but I wasnt happy either.

It was wrecked by Autobahn and it's at Classic to be dealt with now.

I personally like the salesmen at Autobahn the best here locally and the service guys at Classic (where the sales guys have pitchforks shoves so far up their asses their eyes can see over an 8' fence).

i got that feeling from classic too. when i was looking for an m3, classic essentially said, nope dont have anything and wont even try to get anything. Bimmertech set me up with his sales guy at BOD who was awsome. i just felt bad that it wasn't the right time to buy the car. i will definately be going back though, its just a matter of which car and when.
