Disney Land in Texas
I've heard rumors of it coming from my Realtor; I think he was saying north of 380 around Dallas Parkway somewhere. I have no idea where or what ANA TX is though.

i always thought the disney amusement parks were huge money losses for disney... or maybe that was euro disney. i can't imagine six flags is going to excited about this, so maybe they will make some rides worth going for (ala cedar point

I can say that this isn't the first time of this rumor...and the last time was 11y ago. My friend's father passed away and left him several thousand acre's of land. Some strange party offered a rediculous price for a section of it; so he sold. Rumor was the party was a Disney purchasing agent. The land in question was north of Houston about a 45min drive from Houston International with direct access to a new road that was just built in the late 90's.
Here it is 11y later and no development has taken place on that land, the road is still deserted and is a hidden easy way to get into north Houston since nobody really knows about it.
So, until I see Mickey Mouse walking around somewhere here in TX this is just a continuing rumor.
(BTW, it's just as likely that it was a master planner that bought the acerage from my friend and ran out of money for the build phase)

i've been in frisco since '90 and this has been going around since then and even prior to that. first it was celina then gunter then rhea mills...now it's anna. this is a long going collin county rumor/joke. would be nice if true. would rather have the gunterring though...that was a legit project for a while.
