I know many people in NTEC have guns and or are interested in shooting guns at a local gun club. The subject came up at the last meet and also at the NTEC cruise. So I propose a Saturday meet Jan 29th at the bullet trap in Plano. It's indoors and it's heated. You can bring as many guns as you have to shoot. You can also rent a huge variety of guns. Everyone is welcome to shoot my guns as well, just buy ammo. I'm sure/hope Pirana will come as well.

how long a range do they have? or is it a pistol only range?

 

Both pistols and rifles.

 

Indoor ranges usually won't allow magnums though, so no .357 and .44.

 

Wrong sir. They even have the 457 mags for rent

 

If you do it at the garland range (outdoor) your $10 is for all day and gets you the shotgun, rifle (no fmj) and pistol range.

We did it in the past and it was a good time

I might make it out depending on the baby status. I'm going to the range in Mesquite tomorrow to sight in my AR and get my 1911's rear sights centered as well, but I never get tired of shooting. If the baby is here then I'll definitely be down for the next NTEC range day.
