Sorry 15 min of bull**** orientation then a chaparone telling you where you can and can't go. If it was a per hour and you go alone, fine. You know that "side passenger" driver will be horrible

Yes, the minder will be there to remind you to keep it in your pants. To be completely frank, I doubt anyone here has the insurance coverage or financial wherewithall to cover totaling an F430, so they are there to protect both you and their investment.

To put things another way, Tom, would you let someone pay you $20 and take out your car for an hour unchaperoned? Hell no. But if you were there to make certain they behaved themselves, perhaps you would.

If anyone has looked at the cost of renting an exotic like this, here's what you could expect:
1) Deposit of $2500
2) 24 hour rental fee of $1500-1800
3) rental fee includes 50 miles, and a fee of $.25-$.50 per mile after that

$150 to play around in their exotic for 45 minutes with a nanny is really a pretty good deal if driving a Ferrari is something you'd like to do. Unless you have a friend with one, this is the best deal I could imagine someone getting.

hmmmm so renting out a ferrari at 150 dollars/hr * 8hrs per day * lets just say 200 days/yr (4 days a week, i'm guessing friday/sat/sun and possibly a few throughout the week).

240,000 dollars. an F430 costs between 180-250k on ebay (depending on the yr and edition). obviously insurance costs, and your time to baby sit people 4 days a week... i would guess in 2-3 years its paid off not a bad way to buy yourself a ferrari so when we go ask for a bank loan on a car, instead of doing it as a personal auto loan, do it as a small business loan

Their standard rate is $350/hr. But yes, it would be a good way to finance your Ferrari habit if you have a tolerance for other people driving your sled.

427 people have purchased this deal already...

Note to self: If I ever buy a used Ferrari (or any supercar) fully research the previous owners!

No doubt. I was looking at a 328 GTS a while back; owner was asking half of what others on the market were. I looked into it and inquired about records, and the current owner had non (though he swore that everything was current). Talking with some friends who are owners, they counseled me to run away.
