I picked up an apexi gt downpipe and a Cobb HFC and i was wondering after reading alot on the boards that the stock downpipe is awesome should i just install the HFC and flash stage 2 or should i install the downpipe since its 2 more bolts after the HFC... any suggestions or is it a complete wash!

 

If you have the downpipe, go ahead and put it on- it's not a big difference, but it's not much work, either. The O2 downpipe makes a huge difference, but is a PITA.

 

If you have it might as well install it, worst case scenario it won't hurt anything!

 

You could always sell it and get other mods like maybe rear sway or something. I'm on stock downpipe and on ots stg2 I'm 5hp less than others.

haha i got as far as putting the car on jack stands haa haa.. being lazy was out of town for work last two days... i gotta get it buttoned up tomorrow for sure just installing DP and HFC

 

Didn't get very far on my car today! stupid air ratchet wouldn't work so i spent most of the day taking it apart and putting back together its working now so i will be doing the install later this week.. got my UICP installed so it was a semi productive day!

im running Cobbs Stage 2+sf 93 and yep from ear to ear!!!! I havent gotten my work wheel in yet but i will take some picture this weekend. i need to get prokits
