ok guys, i've nailed down the format!

we are going to start with the time trials, anyone can play, first come first serve. we will be running the tsukuba circuit, and we will do 6 laps/person at a time. this will give you a couple chances at setting a fast time in your turn. once your 6 laps are up, we will add your name and best time to the EvoD fast times board (ala top gear test track). this is limited to evo 8/9/x. i will have the cars ready to go, fully modified, and you'll be allowed a minute to make adjustments if you want (suspension, aero, etc...). then you can return to the line for another turn if you want. if you improve upon your time, we will move your name up the list. at the end of the night, the fastest time will get a Prize. i will also make a trophy if people want to come early and start running, you are more then welcome to.


second, at 7:00 we will start the bracket racing. you MUST sign up for this to be included. we will have a signup sheet there so you can do it when you show up. the fine details will be sorted out saturday, but currently, if we have 3 playstations available, the winner will move on, and the second place person will move to the losers bracket. third place will be eliminated. if we have more playstations setup, we can possibly have two move on, or two in the losers bracket. the final race will most likely be 3 people. two from the winners bracket, and one from the losers bracket. Prize and a trophy to the winner it will be limited to evo 8/9/x again, bumping and rubbing allowed (encouraged), you'll be allowed to make adjustments before the race starts as you see fit, the track we will be running is 3laps of laguna seca!

All NTEC participants will be entered into a drawing for a free AMSOIL oil change. so no excuses not to play! if you don't play, you cant win

sure... neither track has any place where offroading will be much faster. the corkscrew can be somewhat offroaded but everyone knows that already.

plus laguna is track that was in GT2 so all the guys saying they haven't played GT5 its makes it easier for them. as i had LS memorized from GT2 as well
