Moving to DFW area from Wyoming.

I am moving from wyoming to DFW and was wondering about any shops or members in the area. Was told the area is pretty laid back for modded cars is there anything i might need to know or any special concens?
Thanks

No concerns, I came here from Minneapolis, MN and you are correct, cops are very laid back here towards modded cars than what I was used to. We have plenty of good shops and members in the area.

If you're going to be here next Friday. Make sure to stay Saturday if possible. Don Herring Mitsubishi in Irving is hosting Mitsubishi Owner's Day (https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/no...-may-21st.html). It's an all day event. A lot of the NTEC members on this forum will be there showing off their cars and it would give you an opportunity to meet many of us and also ask us anything you want as well! Hopefully you can stay for the event if you don't have any other plans!!

Wyoming, what a square state.

Seriously though, DFW is great for cars, jobs and homes. I think you'll like it! Any idea what area you'll be in?

I just looked up Gateway of Centreport. You are like 5-10 minutes TOPS away from Don Herring Irving Mitsubishi. You should definitely be able to make it out for an hour or so EASILY. Here, I already mapped it out for you.

I'm not sure how that area over there is but I live in Irving and have my whole life. I've never had a problem with my car or any car but I also don't live in a bad/ghetto area. I live about 10 minutes from the dealership as well but in the opposite direction from you. I'd say your car is ok given my experience, however I can't say for sure as I don't know the area you will be staying in.....I just know how to get to it, hehe.
