Everyone have a good 4th of July weekend?
Here's a few quick pics of ours:
Janelle and I just got back from a Saturday - Monday stay on the San Antonio Riverwalk! It was definitely a nice break and took the rural backroads rather than the major interstates; 704 miles total on her WRX.
Her boot next to a small random cactus at a roadside stop:

Oldest family-owned BBQ joint in TX; amazing fatty brisket:

View from our hotel room (Tropicano):

River taxi:

Seaworld:

We got pulled over by a TX State Trooper on the drive home from a brake light that was out, but no ticket and he was a pretty friendly guy asking about the car, what was stock, what wasn't, etc.
Lots of cool restaurants on the Riverwalk too, but it seems like we always ended up right back at the same bar due to their great salsa & margaritas

I love san antonio. We used to go a few times a year just to hang out on the river walk. We saw Tom Petty hanging out there once.
My long weekend has been pretty uneventful. I got in some quality Forza 3 game time, so that was nice.

I have tried going to San Antonio many times, but I just don't seem to find the enjoyment others do. Sea World is awesome however! We stayed close to home awaiting the arrival our little one.

Absolutely! You know it was a good time when you loose keys and ID's in the river!
We hit up 6th Street on Saturday night and floated the San Marcos on Sunday. When we finished, we had no no certain way to get home. It was a blast. We finally got everything sorted out and are back in DFW safely. Can't wait to do it again!
Kracka- Ruby and I love SA! We usually go there a couple times a year to visit her family, and always make time for the Riverwalk. Last time we stayed at the Hilton Palacio del Rio, which was a pretty cool place. Glad you had a good time.

Glad you had a great time we are still in Branson ourselves. Silver dollar city yesterday. I must say 82 degree weather is better than Texas 100. Only bad thing is only 91 octane here, I bet I have lost at least 70 hp
